APEX began as a deliberate thesis: cross-border real estate capital deserves a stage in the United States. Three editions later — Javits in 2024, Miami Beach in 2025, Chicago and Las Vegas in 2026 — that thesis has become the calendar.
01 · Origin
The MIE Group
MIE Group was established in 2000 as the first professional exhibition organizer in Dubai. As the Dubai exhibition market matured, MIE expanded into neighboring countries and now runs more than 100 international exhibitions a year — across electric vehicles, clean energy, industrial development, and real estate.
The journey to the United States began in New York City and continued in Miami Beach. Following two groundbreaking shows, APEX is heading to Chicago for its third edition at the iconic Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, May 7-9, 2026.
