Brian is a Tampa-based developer who started flipping houses out of college, opened a chain of fitness clubs after the 2008 crash, then reconnected with Mika — 10 years after they first met in 11th grade. Together they design and build custom homes in 100 days or less. Mika as realtor and primary designer; Brian on construction and development.
